Can "as far as" mean "with regard to" or "concerning" without the "is concerned" part? In everyday dialogue, is it interchangeable with "as far as something is concerned"?

No...both are different and stand on their own part..."As far as I know" means to what extend of knowledge do u have about something. "As far as I m concerned" means the opinion or expression....
