picks, capo, tuner, strap (basic accessories) sometimes a footrest if you are playing classical guitar. For electric guitars you would want to have an amplifier a guitar effects processor and 2 connecting cables.

You may also download tuner apps on your phones which would help you in tuning. Plectrums are needed if you are playing an acoustic guitar. They come in different sizes. Just check with your teacher for proper guidance. Capo is another accessory which you may want to buy however its not a must. read less

There is another thing called 'Fast Fret' which keeps your strings fresh and rust free for long times. Another thing is called 'Lemon Oil' which keeps your fretboard smooth. You need to polish your fret board which changing the strings set. Please note lemon oil is applicable for only 'Rosewood' (black) fret board. Thank you. read less
